We’re just weeks away from our 2nd anniversary, which will bring fun contests, promotions and even an auction. But first, let’s spread our wings and buzz about cool new stuff in the Hive.

Kelly Parra Gives Us More Supernatural Hunters

Prom Dates To Die For

Prom Dates To Die For

YA author Kelly Parra is extending her supernatural hunter stories first featured in Prom Dates to Die For and Something Wicked into a novella, to be released later this year. Jaz and Blake, two teen supernatural hunters, were very popular with YA reviewers and we’re thrilled we’ll get their continued saga in a longer format. Stay tuned!

Get familiar with Parra’s stories now. Get Prom in print or ebook at Amazon or Barnes & Noble. And Something Wicked Amazon and Barnes & Noble. (And Prom is currently just .99 in the Kindle store.)

Cara Brookins Time Travel YA Gets Series Name

Brookin’s time travel trilogy coming out in late spring will be called Timeshifters.

Book 1: Mark of the Centipede

Book 2: Mark of the Serpent

Book 3: Mark of the Spider

The covers will be revealed next week as a part of our 2nd Anniversary month long celebration in February! They. Are. So. Cool. Her YA trilogy features a male protagonist, so we’re excited about reaching male readers with her inventive stories.

Buzz to Publish Aaron Smith’s Zombie Novel, Chicago Fell First

Smith’s horror novel, Chicago Fell First, will be our second SWARM title, our suspense/mystery/horror line. In the end, we decided to go with the working title of horror/sci-fi writer Smith’s zombie novel. (Which rarely happens!) We’re excited to share his unique take on zombies this Halloween. Cover reveal in March! Aaron was also first published in our YA anthologies. Are you sensing a theme here? If we love your writing, we’re going to want to see more from you.

Our first SWARM title was Distortion by Lucie Smoker.
